FAQs ABOUT THE BUSINESS

According to Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association , 80% of homeowners own at least one grill or smoker. Based on recent U.S. population statistics, that translates to over 275 million households with at least one grill. Unlike many startup ventures, grill cleaning is a niche market, and many cities have only a few—if any—service providers. This presents a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in starting a business.

Our business model is highly flexible, making it suitable for those willing to work hard and get their hands dirty. Whether you’re looking to run a full-time operation or a part-time gig, you have the freedom to customize your business to meet your needs.

Unlike many competitors, our patent pending electric soak tank opens the door for various mounting options that are safe and tailored to your business needs. Combined with years of experience in running our own grill cleaning company, we provide a process that is detailed, efficient, and easily trainable. We’ve streamlined our approach by eliminating unnecessary steps learned through years of trial and error. Our program emphasizes the resources that contribute to your immediate success while discarding those that don’t.

We believe in creating multiple revenue streams. To achieve this, it’s essential to have a solid understanding of how to clean a diverse range of grills. Each grill is unique, and we think that basic training focused on just one style is not enough. With our on-site training and exclusive video resources, you will learn how to clean:

  • Natural Gas and Propane Grills (both built-in and freestanding)
  • Pellet Grills
  • Kamado (Ceramic) Grills

Our business model gives you the tools and knowledge to establish a fully autonomous grill cleaning business. Unlike a franchise, you won’t incur any royalty fees, allowing you the freedom to create your own name, image, and branding. Once you’re up and running, you have complete control over how to manage your business. We don’t oversee your operations or claim any rights to your customer base.

OUR PATENT, PENDING SOAK TANK FAQs

All of our tanks are made in the USA in Dallas, TX

Among all the tools for grill cleaning, the soak tank is our most valuable asset. When properly heated and combined with our soak tank solution, it effectively breaks down grime and grease on internal BBQ components. This makes cleaning these parts faster, easier, and less messy, laying the groundwork for excellent results. We soak items such as main grates, warming racks, flavorizer bars, zone separators, heat shields, and more. As you can see, having an efficient way to clean so many components makes the soak tank an indispensable resource.

Our patent-pending tank is truly just that—a tank. It’s made from double-walled, insulated 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, designed to retain heat throughout the entire day once warmed. The lid features an air shock for easy lifting, along with a liner that helps maintain condensation and keep moisture inside when opened. We’ve also included a pressure release valve for safely releasing steam or pressure before opening.  It has a drain valve that connects to any standard garden hose for effortless draining and cleaning when it’s time to replenish the soak tank solution.

Most importantly, being fully electric, it’s significantly safer than many other options on the market. When we first launched our grill cleaning business, we were never comfortable with the idea of having an open flame in a trailer parked outside customers’ homes. Recently, a friend of ours experienced a propane soak tank explosion that destroyed his entire trailer and almost caused him serious injury, potentially even costing him his life. Although we had heard similar stories before, this incident reinforced our belief that our electric soak tank is the safer, superior choice.

Yes, all tanks come with a one-year warranty. Each tank is made in small batches to ensure quality and is leak-tested before shipping. If a defect is found that isn’t due to misuse, we will cover the cost of repairs.

After testing various brands, we have partnered with a chemical provider as a preferred distributor. The soak tank powder we offer is the best we’ve found—it’s eco-friendly and USDA approved. Plus, we ensure it’s more affordable than most competitors and comes in packaging that typically lasts companies a year or more, reducing the need for frequent reordering.
